NDIS Home & Community Access Support Services
We provide home supports and community access supports, as well as assistance in making the most of your plan! Our goals are to help our NDIS friends become more independent by reaching their personally set plan goals.
We thrive on supporting and placing our clients with workers with lived experience and matching personalities! Our training and services are based around both Trauma-Informed Care and Healing-Centered Care.
From pool visits to social gatherings, events, classes, and daily routine maintenance, we are happy to offer help in any way we can!
Our NDIS Support Service Providers
All our workers also have the required licensing to offer services in Queensland, including a Disability Worker Screening (yellow) Card, Working with Children (blue) Card, NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Online Module, Police Check and First Aid & CPR Courses.
We try to match our workers with the correct NDIS users through personality and core-value tests, pairing individuals with matching and symbiotic personality-styles.
Over the time of care, workers also partake in extensive, client-specific training to meet the needs of and understand the situation of an individual.
