  • No! We can privately bill services and tickets to events. Everybody is welcome!

  • Firstly, we identify your goals and what activities you would like to participate in with a support worker. Then, we conduct a personality analysis through a phone call or quiz, and match you with the most suitable and compatible support worker. However, we take into consideration any support worker you like in particular. This has the highest weight and you will probably be match with them, given they have the capacity.

  • You can give feedback through the contact form.

Feedback is about anything at all you’d like to share with us. It might be an idea about something we could change or add that would make your experience better, but really – it’s up to you.

Compliments are positive feedback about something done well that we can celebrate here with our team. Compliments are always welcome.

Complaints are perhaps the most important kind of feedback you can provide – the kind of feedback that helps us help you. It allows us insight into your thoughts and feelings about our service and might provide us with an immediate opportunity to find a solution for you.

Longer term, your feedback allows us to improve as a business – positive change that benefits other participants, their families, friends, carers, advocates, service providers and our community as a whole.

    A Complaint:

    - Can be made by anyone (This includes participants, their families, friends, informal supports or other service providers)

    - Will be private and confidential (Your details will be kept safe)

    - Can be withdrawn at any time

    - Can be reviewed if you don’t agree with the outcome, either by us or the NDIS Commission

    - Can be lodged anonymously.

  • Our art events are typically charged under 09_008_0116_6_3 or 09_011_0125_6_3 in capacity building. If your plan is created another way, we contact your plan manager to see if this can be approved under another code.

  • Yes. You can. For the same price, they can share your utensils, or they can purchase their own ticket to have the full experience. Sometimes, at the discretion of the participant, they may wish to pay for their support workers ticket through their own NDIS plan, if this is a option within their plan. Contact us and we can discuss your options with you.
